EzineArticles Getting Strict On Submissions
Well I was submitting some of my articles to EA after I read their blog post after they said they were going to start rejecting a bunch.
I submitted 4 articles and they all went to the end of the submission process and finally I got a…
“Problem: Your article body does not fulfill the promise made in the article title.”
So I went through the articles and I really have no idea what they are talking about. Each one of my articles were like “21 ways to”, “5 ways to”. My title matched exactly what the body did. So I sent them an email asking WTF about this and we will see on the results.
If they are rejecting my articles then I guarantee that the other 100′s a day that are just for affiliate promotion are getting rejected too. Affiliate marketers are what helped make EA to what it is today. Now it seems they are going to shut the door on us.
Anyone else get rejected yet?

Me too. Had my account suspended. They misunderstood their own revised instructions, but shot first and asked questions later.
They are trying to be more selective in order to get higher PR. I think they are shooting themselves in the foot. EZA has many truly awful articles from their past, but keep them and give a very hard time to new entries. In my opinion FWIW they are getting too big for their britches.
Yeah, I keep having loads of articles rejected. If you look at their older articles there is so much poor content.
I wish there was an alternative.
Hi. My articles used to be approved within hours. I write well and my CTR for my last few articles has been above 60%. Now, suddenly my articles sit in the pending area for days. I have three articles pending now. The last one was rejected after waiting for several days.
They give little information that I can use to correct the problem, whatever the problem is. Maybe they’re just giving priority to the people who paid for their course.
I’m thinking about checking out articlebase. Some of their articles have decent rankings in google.
There’s always another way.
Ezine has just become stricter again with their approval policies. I’m getting tired trying to please their standards and the flow of my articles have suffered greatly because I was trying to follow ezine’s hundred or so rules.
And to cap it all off, they suspended my account. They approve the articles and then they suspended the account saying the articles are not up to par with their standards. Why approve them in the first place?
They are looking for 100% original articles now–with ideas that literally sprouted from your brain. It is naerly impossible to write tips or guide articles these days because they think those are similar to other articles.
